CITRINE November Birthstone
November's birthstone is Citrine. The word come from an old French word, "citrin", meaning lemon. Citrine is one of the more rare forms of quartz, this gemstone ranges in color from the palest yellow to a dark amber named Madeira because of its resemblance to the red wine.
As in all gemstones, many people believe there are healing powers associated to them. Citrine is no exception. Citrine is said to dissolve negative energy of all kinds.
